As part of First PREMIER Investment Services, Spencer helps customers uncover and reach their financial goals through careful evaluation and planning. He holds his Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations and a Life and Health Insurance license from the State of South Dakota. Spencer is an active member of the Augustana University Alumni Association and volunteers with Feeding South Dakota.
